I forgot my password

In the app, tap Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen and enter your user name, phone number or email.

• If your account has an email address, a 6-digit code is emailed to you. Enter it in the app, or on the reset password page.
• If it has no email, the app shows who can help: the member who created your profile, manages it, or invited you. They can give you a code by phone or WhatsApp. They never see your password.

How do I join?

Ask a family member who uses Munnaluru to invite you from the app (menu → Invite). Open the link they send, install the app, and register with the invitation code.

Someone recorded wrong information

The person, or the member who manages the profile, can correct it in the app. A wrong marriage can be removed under Spouse(s), and a wrong parent under Edit Profile.

Delete my account

In the app: Preferences → Delete my account. Or use the delete my account page.
