Terms of use
Last updated: 19 October 2026
By using the Munnaluru app or this website you agree to these terms. See also the privacy policy.
What Munnaluru is for
Munnaluru lets families record and look up their family history. It is free to use. You join with an invitation from a member.
What you record
- Record people truthfully and respectfully, as far as you know.
- When you add living relatives, tell them, and add phone numbers, email addresses and photos only with their agreement.
- Do not post anything unlawful, hateful or hurtful, and do not post photos you have no right to share.
- You are responsible for what you add. Members can see it as described in the privacy policy.
Your account
- You sign in with your user name and password, or with your Google account. Keep your password to yourself, and sign in with Google only on a phone you trust. If you share a phone with family, each person signs in with their own user name.
- The members who created your profile, manage it or invited you can help you reset a forgotten password; they never see your password.
- You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy).
Our part
- We may correct or remove content, or suspend an account, that breaks these terms or harms others.
- We work to keep Munnaluru available and the information safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees. Family information is recorded by members, and we cannot vouch for its accuracy.
- We may change these terms; the new version is posted here with a new date.
